Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pastopia game-based learning service accessed through LNV Thailand (Lifetime) ("Distribution Partner"). By signing up and paying through the Distribution Partner, you enter into an agreement with Pastopia Learning Hub ("Pastopia", "we", "us").
This is a one-time purchase. The Distribution Partner's payment processor will charge your nominated payment method once, as disclosed at checkout. There is no free trial, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewal. Game access does not expire. For billing support, contact LNV Thailand (Lifetime) at support@lnv.co.th.
You will receive a login (username + password) for your child to access the Pastopia game. Please keep these credentials secure. Notify us immediately at august@quurk.xyz if you suspect unauthorized use.
Refund requests must be submitted to LNV Thailand (Lifetime) at support@lnv.co.th. Approved refunds result in immediate revocation of game access.
The service is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use by your child under your supervision. You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute access, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the game, (c) share account credentials with parties outside your household.
All content in the Pastopia game (characters, code puzzles, curriculum) is the property of Pastopia and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service. This license does not expire.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to you in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
